The badge has to mean something
A passenger who orders a ride has no idea who will arrive. That uncertainty is the whole problem with the aggregator model, and it is what the academy exists to remove. Premium is a habit, and habits are taught.

You don't need a car
That is the point. Our drivers are employed by Future Hails and drive our vehicles — so what you need is a clean record and the willingness to be trained.
- Valid Ugandan driving permit
- National ID and NIN
- Certificate of Good Conduct from Interpol
- A passport photograph
